This is a supervene up review. I called American approved and they immediately said they would send a transfer part at no cost to me, which would have been great if they only had sent the spoton part. I gave them the model, model number than the exact name on their parts list. I received 4 transfer parts, all of which were incorrect.
I Bought This Tub And Shower Set In anticipation Of A Bathroom Remodel. The Bath Was fulfilled, Two Weeks Ago. Today The handle That Controls The Shower Came Off As I Turned It On. Just Fell Off In My Hand. I Live Alone, So No Abuse Happened. Now It'S Too Late To Return It Because I Waited Until The Remodel Was Finished. I Should Have Stuck With Kohler Or Delta!!
